- BCOM provides the following elder support services
- English language and citizenship class
- Awareness about elder abuse
- Social connections and weekly socialization
- Help eligible elders enroll in appropriate community services (transportation, social support, social events/activities, social services)
- Connect elders to appropriate elder resources (based on the need of the individual elder)
The elder support services have been funded by Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging (MAAA) through Older American Act (OAA) Title III - Special Access Program.
